Recruitment NYC (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, phone, email)
  • Information you provide in our forms (borough/area, certification or role, language, messages)
  • Basic analytics data (such as pages visited), collected via Google Analytics

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and match caregivers, families, agencies, and providers
  • To contact you by phone, text, and email about your request or application
  • With your opt-in, to send marketing, outreach, and update messages — including by automated or bulk texts and emails — about jobs, services, events, and industry news
  • To improve our website and services, and for other legitimate business purposes

Sharing your information

As a recruitment and connection service, we share your contact information and related details with third-party care providers as part of our placement and referral process — including licensed home care agencies, OPWDD-approved service providers, Self-Direction fiscal intermediaries and brokers, HHA training schools and CPR providers, and ABA / OT / PT / speech therapy providers relevant to your needs. These providers may contact you directly about services, jobs, or care options. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for general marketing outside home care, caregiving, or OPWDD services. SMS opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time: reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email (we honor email opt-outs within 10 business days). Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active application or appointment. To access, update, or delete your information, contact us at info@recruitmentnyc.com.
